APTA Resinas (APTA) specializes in the development of applications and commercialization of thermoplastic engineering resins and polyolefins.

APTA and KRAIBURG TPE (KTPE) fostered a business relationship in mid-2022 and officially joined forces in February 2023 to locally represent KRAIBURG TPE in the Brazilian TPE market. This partnership aims to grow the thermoplastic elastomer presence in the automotive market by providing specialty compounds with exceptional elasticity, thermoplastic processing, flexibility, and adhesion to various substrates.

 

KRAIBURG TPE has over 30 years of experience, and combined with APTA’s regional reach and expertise, they strive to provide precise custom-engineered material solutions and efficient service. With APTA’s regional know-how and KRAIBURG TPE’s technical knowledge and global OEM material approvals in the automotive segment, the alliance is poised for mutual beneficial. “With a noteworthy market share in Brazil, and an in-depth market analysis conducted in specific South American Countries, we understood that the TPE demand in Latin America is prevalent and to participate in it, we needed a strategic partner that would aid us in achieving our growth goals. 29.10.2025 Mit „FR3“-Compounds setzt KRAIBURG TPE neue Standards für die Erfüllung höchster Anforderungen an den Brandschutz Mit der neuen FR3-Reihe hat KRAIBURG TPE nun die dritte Generation von Compounds für den Einsatz in Umgebungen konzipiert, die höchste Ansprüche an den Brandschutz stellen. Dabei konnten sämtliche Vorgaben der Europäischen Norm für Bahnanwendungen DIN EN 45545-2 erfüllt werden. Über ihre Brandschutzeignung hinaus verfügen TPE der FR3-Reihe über weitere Materialeigenschaften, die sie für Anwendungen im anspruchsvollen Umfeld prädestinieren, z. B. sehr gute Druckverformungsrestwerte und eine verbesserte Weiterreißfestigkeit. 16.10.2025 Neue TPE mit Haftung zu polaren Thermoplasten für Anwendungen mit Kontakt zu fetthaltigen Lebensmitteln Mit der neuen Compoundreihe FC/CM3/AD1 erfüllt KRAIBURG TPE die Anforderungen für die beiden wichtigsten Regelwerke für Anwendungen mit Lebensmittelkontakt: die europäische Verordnung (EU) Nr. 10/2011 und den Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR §177.2600) der Lebens- und Arzneimittelbehörde (FDA) in den USA. Die neue Reihe wurde speziell für den Kontakt mit fetthaltigen Lebensmitteln entwickelt und zeichnen sich darüber hinaus durch angenehme Haptik und eine verbesserte Organoleptik aus.
