Flame Retardant TPE?
For multi-component applications with polypropylene, a product series with a V-0 non-combustibility classification for wall thicknesses of 1.5 mm has been developed in accordance with UL standard 94 V-0. Another series with V0 classification for 3 mm is also part of the product line.

Your advantages
The FR1 series is your material solution for applications with flame retardant requirements. The compounds are certified according to UL94 V0 (3.0 mm) and halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21. They are available in black and natural colors. The natural-colored variants can be dyed in many different ways.

The FR3 series offers high flame retardancy with UL94 V0 certification and improved mechanics, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, providing versatile, reliable materials for safety-critical applications in natural or colored options.
