We are a global manufacturer of custom thermoplastic elastomers. KRAIBURG TPE founded in 2001 as an independent business unit of the KRAIBURG Group. The company's goal is to provide safe, reliable, and sustainable products for customer applications. With more than 660 employees worldwide and production sites in Germany, the USA and Malaysia, the company offers a large product portfolio for applications in the automotive, industrial and consumer goods industries, as well as for the strictly regulated medical sector.

History
新增一条挤塑生产线，提高了 Waldkraiburg 工厂的生产能力。
KRAIBURG TPE Korea Ltd. 在韩国首尔成立。
新凯柏胶宝® 公司工厂投入运营，公司搬迁至美国乔治亚州布福德市。
KRAIBURG TPE Mexico S. de R.L.de D.V. 在蒙特雷成立。
KRAIBURG TPE technology (M) Sdn.在马来西亚吉隆坡 Seri Kembangan 的工厂投入运营。2007 年 6 月 6 日奠基仪式后一年内投产。
上海的销售办事处正式开始运营，推动中国业务发展。
KRAIBURG TPE Private Limited India 在印度班加罗尔成立。
合资公司凯柏胶宝® 中国有限公司在香港成立。
凯柏胶宝® 公司在美国乔治亚州德卢斯的工厂投产。
KRAIBURG TPE GmbH & Co. KG 作为一家独立法人企业正式成立，生产工厂位于 Waldkraiburg。从奠基仪式（2001 年 3 月 1 日）到 2001 年 10 月 20 日的开幕仪式，热塑性弹性体化合物的生产大楼在不到一年的时间内即交付使用。
在佐治亚州亚特兰大（德卢斯）成立北美和拉丁美洲的销售办事处。
在马来西亚成立亚太地区销售办事处。
在 Gummiwerk Kraiburg 的工厂率先生产出公司的第一批 TPE 产品。
在 Gummiwerk Kraiburg 开展首次 TPE 实验。成功完成公司的第一笔销售。
Friedrich Schmidt 在 Kraiburg-Hart 成立了 Gummiwerk KRAIBURG GmbH & Co.KG.公司。当时的橡胶化合物生产资源相对薄弱，整体条件存在极大难度。通过不懈的努力和坚持，他的儿子 Peter 和 Fritz A. Schmidt 实现了销售和生产的逐年攀升。
