RC/UV-Series 

In order to maintain our commitment to sustainability, we use only local raw materials in our production. At the moment, therefore, the series can only be produced in Europe. However, we are working flat out on solutions to be able to produce them in our plants in the USA for the NAFTA region and Malaysia for the China region. We will be happy to inform you as soon as local versions of the RC/UV series are also available in your region.  

We lay the foundation for our quality during supplier selection, and our suppliers for the automotive industry focus mainly on post-industrial materials. The quality of these is generally considered to be more consistent and enables us to meet the high requirements of the automotive industry.  

In addition, our incoming inspection department uses various testing procedures to ensure high and consistent quality, and we also use a special processing procedure including online quality controls. These give us the opportunity to identify deviations at an early stage and to intervene while the production process is still running.

Basically, the quality level of recycling-based products is not as constant as crude oil-based products. KRAIBURG TPE's goal with its RC/UV series is to close this quality gap as far as possible.

A clear yes! We are currently working at full speed to deliver a complete series for the interior in Q3, but at the latest by the end of the year.

We are currently working on a project to show that joint recycling of SEBS-based TPE with polypropylene waste is technically possible and results in high-quality recyclates. Therefore, we want to offer a long-term solution, as multi-component parts should not be avoided, nor is it feasible to separate the components in every case.
