TPEs with Recycling Content are the response to the increasing market demand for more environmentally friendly materials with a proportion of postindustrial and/or post-consumer recycled materials (PIR, PCR). They have been developed to support customers in achieving their own sustainability targets.

  • Hardness range from 25 to 95 ShA

  • Adhesion to Polyamides like PA6, PA 6.6
  • Very good flowability
  • REACH, RoHS conformity
  • PAH-free

  • Recycling contents up to 54% based on a combination of PIR and PCR materials
  • Hardness range from 40–70 ShA
  • Wide range of coloring possiblities
  • Adhesion to polar Thermoplastics e.g. ABS, PC, PC/ABS
  • Very good flowability
  • REACH, RoHS conformity
  • Meets requirements of EN71-3
  • PAH-free

Universal PCR TPE 2nd Generation

 

  • Recycling content up to 79% based on PCR raw materials
  • Hardness range from 30-90 ShA
